Having the technique and confidence to fully understand the process of coffee preparation from start to finish is essential for all front-of-house staff. That is why we are always happy to provide training absolutely free-of-charge to staff of our customer cafes and coffee bars.
Includes theory and practical hands-on skills and experience using both simpler (Expobar G10) and mainstream (La Spaziale S5) espresso machines. We tailor the exact content of this training to our customers’ specific needs, and can combine this course with the chocista skills course using Marimba Hot Chocolate Melts.
The course takes place in our dedicated training suite in Sudbury, Suffolk, and runs typically from 10.30am to 3.00pm with a light lunch provided.
