We donate a proportion of the price of all of our coffees to grower support charities, including:
Project Waterfall brings clean water, sanitation and education to coffee-growing communities across the world. Access to clean water changes everything. Child mortality rates drop. Girls can spend more time in school. Women can start their own businesses. And dignity is restored to communities.
We also encourage all of our customers to help conserve rain forests by choosing our range-topping King Edmund coffee, which is 100% Rainforest Alliance certified.
The Rainforest Alliance uses a comprehensive range of strategies to conserve forests around the world. Its conservation partners include indigenous forest communities, governments, civil society organisations and companies committed to responsible sourcing. Together, they have helped prevent the deforestation of nearly 4.4 million hectares in high-risk landscapes and forest frontiers.
Forests are critical to the survival of every living thing on Earth. Forests clean the air, absorb greenhouse gas emissions, and stabilise the climate—both globally and locally. Forests also provide habitat for 80 percent of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity and livelihoods for 1.6 billion people.
